This is an 8 hour no voice
immersion program for individuals currently working in the
interpreting field. This program is designed to provide
interpreters with the foundation and technical skill
required for today’s professional cultural mediator.
Skill development for sign-to-voice and
voice-to-sign interpreting, mentorship, ethics and
preparation for national testing are the focus for this
program. Acceptance in the program will be given to
interpreters currently seeking national certifications such
as RID, NIC and EIPA. CEU’s are available.
A limit of 50
spaces is available and spaces can only be
secured with full payment.
